Postage - All packages are sent on weekdays. Every order is provided with a tracking number that is sent to your email address. If you have not received an order confirmation email please contact us so we can check your email address.Â
Packing - We hand pack every order ourselves, and test each ring individually to make sure that it has a smooth, satisfying spin so that you get the perfect product first time!Â

What are they made of & will my finger turn green?Â
Our Stress Rings are made from 100% Stainless Steel so there is no risk of having your finger turn green from wearing one. Stainless steel doesn’t have any elements or metals that will react with your skin to form the green color. It’s the ideal metals for everyday wear because of its strong, durable, and beautiful. It can stand different weather conditions without damaging it.

How do I work out my ring size?
We include a handy ring size guide as the second picture in our photos. Use a piece of paper, tape or string and wrap around finger, mark where it connects and then measure. Match up the length with our ring Sizes on the photo.
We recommend rounding down from your measurement if you are in between, so if you measure 6.6cm for example it's best to go for a size 9. Â
Our most common sizes for children are sizes 6-7.Â

Can the rings get wet?Â
Yes! Our rings are made form 100% stainless steel so they can get wet with no problems and never rust.

How do I clean the ring?
The best way is to clean the rings using some wet wipes. Â

How long do they take to ship?Â
We are currently dispatching orders within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped out with tracking. Shipping is free, and you can upgrade to express shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Post delivery times are currently 3 business days.

What if the size I choose doesn't fit?Â
Not a problem, each customer is eligible for a free replacement if the ring selected doesn't fit quite right. We only charge a flat $10 fee that covers the postage cost, we cover the cost of the replacement ring 😀 .

I received a tracking number but it shows pending?
When your postage slip is generated you will automatically be given the tracking info, but until it is physically scanned in by the post office it will show pending. It will change to in transit within an hour or two, depending how much traffic there is on the way to the post office!

What happens if there's a problem with my order?
We are human and sometimes make mistakes! If you have any concerns send over an email to us info@anxietyrings.com.au or message on our social media and we will get back to you within a few hours.
